I am an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist, Coach, and Performance Consultant. I specialize in researching, analyzing, developing and assisting organizations to increase workplace performance and productivity. I have conducted extensive assessments using MBTI, DISC Profile, Thomas Kilmann Conflict Inventory, SYMLOG, Communications Skills, Emotional Intelligence, and Customer Service among others.
For over twenty years, I have worked with many individuals, teams and organizations to significantly improve their quality of work/life, quality of customer service, enhance work relations, create productive team environments and increase worker productivity.
I have worked successfully in both the domestic and international arenas. I have extensive experience performing coaching, performance analysis, developing and implementing organizational change strategies, and developing and training leaders and employees. My passion for my work has produced significant results in terms of grooming leaders, improving employee productivity and performance, enhancing the quality of customer service and increasing overall profitability for my clients in many industries including healthcare, manufacturing, technology, education, transportation, restaurants and hospitality.
